We were without Internet for a week, give or take a couple random hours. Called Cox to see if Internet was down. It was not. Reset the router. Turned our phones off and on. Turned our computers...
Internet service and customer service is horrible. Services are overcharged. If I could give them a negative 10 I would.
Getting ready to move. Called company ahead of time for discontinue instructions. There was absolutely no mention at that time that we would be charged for the following month for no service....
They have one job, to provide internet access. They've been down more times in the past few weeks (Gainesville, FL) than I can count.
