Friendly service by Frank. Limited menu (as in six) of American and Mexican breakfast items. Avocado toast was a smear and more like weak guacamole. Disappointing. Scrambler was a skillet....

Not that great. Over-priced . Had fish sandwich that was dry, highly doubt it was even grouper.
