i called to make an appointment for 5 pm. got told that's fine, asked if I had a tech I preferred, I said no, just whoever is available. I got there at 4:55 and was told only a few more minutes....

Sitting here for 20 minutes and being completely ignored. I only needed my gel polish taken off so I'm at their mercy. Every tech is busy, and one woman was a 'walk-in' and went before me! Ugh!...
