This place is a scam. They treat everyone exactly the same. Everyone there is 80+ so the "exercises" you're doing look ridiculous . If you stop coming, they start harassing you and call you 5-8...

Absolute garbage. Unless you're over the age of 70, stay away from this joke of a place. Therapists know absolutely nothing about sports related injuries.
