The Conway Lakes Health & Rehabilitation Center is a more than 100 beds facility. FORMER EMPLOYEE OF CONWAY LAKES HEALTH AND REHABILITATION. Other cnas/lpns warned me prior to making these! Complaints July 11th -during training cna dropped patient in a toilet stepped back...

My mother was treated with compassion and professionalism. Don't send your love ones there. I complained everyday and then took her out.
