This was the worst experience came all the way from nc and had to wait to make a appointment when someone else didn't and just went right ahead before anyone else this place is a disaster.

I'm not Guatemalan but I had to come here to process some documents for a client. Not only is the entire office a disaster but the running children who are screaming and crying are definitely not...
