In the left side title bar, there is an option for entering in your 2010 proficiency sample results. Choosing this option will require that you enter your Company ID Number and set up a User Name. The information you will enter has been limited to the test results and some additional information we are attempting to gather for comparison purposes. Please fill out as much of the information as possible and try not to leave any blanks. Please select or enter N/A in fields that do not apply to your specific sample result.
