Founded in 1979, Community Hospice of Northeast Florida is a nonprofit organization is one of the largest hospice care facilities in the state of Florida. It provides end-of-life care services for adults and children suffering with various life-limiting illnesses. The agency serves nearly 1,000 patients throughout Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. Community Hospice of Northeast Florida has more than 700 employees and over 900 volunteers.
