IVX Health is a national provider of high-quality infusion and injection therapy for those with complex chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis and others.Our infusion centers are located in the communities where our patients live and work and offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Patients relax in their own private suite, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, and comfortable chairs for guests.Our clinics are open by appointment only. We have flexible scheduling with morning, evening, and weekend availability. Our team will do our best to accommodate your desired time.

Community Health of South Florida Inc. is a health care organization providing behavioral health care services to the residents of South Florida. The center operates 7 state of the art primary care centers, 27 school-based programs. The center offers an array of services, such as routine check-ups, immunizations (child/adult), cold flu, sore throat, fever, arthritis, high blood pressure and diabetes, to name a few. Additionally, it provides lab, dental, eye care, X-ray services and pre-natal as well as post-partum care. Community Health of South Florida Inc. also provides pharmacy services, including medication management and over the counter medicine. The health center is accredited by the Joint Commission (JC) and holds membership with Health Choice Network.
