I was the only customer in there with 3 workers and I ordered 2 small cups of ice cream. It took 20 minutes. And they didn't even know how to make the flavor I asked for. And they were rude. one...

So I'm not the one to complain especially when it comes to getting some of my favorite ice cream !!! But when the service is bad that throws off the whole excitement... good customer service...
