Everytime I come here, no matter the day or time, they always seem understaffed. I order online and it tells me to pick up in 17-20 min. I come 30 min later to give them time and im still waiting...

They are not preparing for the cake to order. On the day I come to pick up. They are hurrying to write incorrect spelling words on the cake.
