Coconuts is the bar by the Grotto pool located inside the Hyatt. I only ever ordered drinks here, no food. The drinks were really good, service was quick every time I ordered something.

Great pool vibe with the music in the background. People of all walks. Good food and drinks on deck. But I have to warn you, all this comes at hefty cost, 16% gratuity on top of already inflated...
