Cocoa Beach Karate School, founded in 2002 by Sensei Des Chaskelson Renshi, offers authentic Matsubayashi-Ryu Shorin-Ryu Karate-Do to students aged 7 and up. As a full member of the World Matsubayashi-Ryu Shorin-Ryu Karate-Do Association, the school emphasizes the benefits of karate training, including self-defense, physical fitness, discipline, and respect.
In addition to welcoming beginners of all ages, Cocoa Beach Karate School promotes community engagement through free self-defense seminars in collaboration with the Cocoa Beach Police Department.
