Coastal Care Nursing Associates is a nurse-owned and operated private care company that provides both medical and non-medical services to Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee County seniors. Our services are available both in-home or in other health care facilities. Founded in 2003, it is the goal of Coastal Care to foster senior independence while also providing peace of mind for their family. From simply looking for a friendly companion to needing assistance with specific medical requirements, Coastal Care can meet your caregiver needs. In fact, your needs are our highest priority, Coastal Care Nursing Associates offers around-the-clock superior care to meet them. Achieving this excellence in care centers around personalization. We listen to your needs to create a unique private care plan. Next, we carefully pair you with just the right caregiver, or as we like to call it, "matchmaking." Coastal Care then offers ongoing reassurance measures to ensure a long, happy senior home care relationship together. Coastal Care Nursing also accepts long-term care insurance and closely collaborates with long-term care agents to insure that you receive all benefits available to you. Coastal Care does not require a minimum number of hours of care or a commitment to any specific period of time for services. And our hourly rates are the same regardless of the type or amount of assistance you need. So while you may initially choose care 3 days a week for 4 hours per day, you may later decide to vary these details. Making changes is easy. During your cost-free weekly reassurance calls, your assigned Private Care Coordinator will review your services, change your schedule and, if need be, assist with your special requests.
