For 8 of those years, I have focused on helping individuals, couples, and families develop a better technology and life balance. I want to empower my clients with skills that help them disconnect to reconnect.

Kristen Bomas is dedicated to helping people with life and career mastery. Beyond her doctoral training, Kristen is known simply as a Life Guide and Spiritual Teacher. Kristen becomes your partner in a process that opens you to find your life’s balance, get more satisfaction from your career and relationship, and achieve a new perspective on whom you really are. Kristen guides her clients in the writing and experiencing of the story of their lives as they would like it to unfold while integrating great happiness and fulfillment. This life is like a play. Your play. You are the lead character and all the people in your life are people you chose for the story of your life. How do you want the story to play out? Kristen uses a simple template she created and developed to guide clients in their decisions in and designs of their life. Kristen would like to extend her heart-felt gratitude to Dr. Harry Grater, her doctoral chair at University of Florida. It is from his mentoring that she gained a deep appreciation for life and people. She would like to further her acknowledgment and gratitude to the Shamans whose guidance and teachings have opened her understanding of healing the body, mind and spirit as one.
