Employees where great but it shouldn't take 1 & 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Obviously they don't care about the customers time.

Absolutely ridiculous that my bf has a 7:30am appointment (gets off a night shift to do this oil change) Now it's 10 and it's now done. Crazy that it takes so long
