Claudia Lauren Lukas, PA-C

Raymundo Jacinto, PA-C, is a physician’s assistant in Pain Management at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He joined the hospital staff in 2019. He previously worked as a physician assistant at Penn Medicine, providing chronic pain management for adults. In the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Pain Management program, he works in pediatric acute and chronic pain management. He has established a virtual reality program for children during hospital admissions and is co-chair of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Multi-Disciplinary Pain Management Committee. Ray is the recipient of the October 2022 APP of the Quarter Award.

Dr. Bruno is a pediatric cardiologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s specializing in electrophysiology. His clinical interests include heart rhythm disorders in children and young adults, cardiac ablation therapies, and implantable electronic devices such as pacemakers and ICDs. He primarily sees patients at the hospital’s campus in St. Petersburg, Florida, with additional clinic locations in Tampa and Wesley Chapel. He provides consultations at Tampa General Hospital and Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital through collaborative agreements with these hospitals. He joined the Johns Hopkins All Children’s medical staff in 2024, and is an assistant professor of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Bruno earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his general pediatrics residency at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, followed by consecutive fellowships in pediatric cardiology and electrophysiology at Texas Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Jordan Halsey holds an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Lee University. She graduated with high honors from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, receiving a doctorate of medicine. She completed a residency in integrated plastic surgery at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School, then subsequently completed an additional fellowship in pediatric plastic and craniofacial surgery at Nationwide Children Hospital-Ohio State University.She joined the Johns Hopkins faculty in 2021 as a pediatric craniofacial surgeon in the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Division of Pediatric Plastic Surgery. Dr. Halsey has served the community in many volunteer and mentorship roles and is a recipient of many awards. She is active in clinical research and has a passion for medical missions.
