History

Our Food truck is not a truck; it is an old school bus converted into a mobile kitchen. We opened our window for the first time in October of 2020. The bus looks a little ruff yet; it needs some upgrades. When you start a business in the middle of the craziness that began in March of 2020, then you want to open as soon as possible to replace the lost income with the restrictions of restaurants. We are working on the mechanic upgrade first, then the appearance. The heart of a food truck is the chef. John is working in the field for over 35 years. He is the master of flavors, and he is using his own recipes. You can not find the same taste anywhere else.
