Always a pain in the ass at this branch. Limited staff long waits. The lady who seems to be in charge doesn't offer to help herself when the waiting room is full it's as though she is useless....

The Worst Citibank in Miami... I had to wait 45min to be attended... promoters talked so long time and they don't care people that are waiting in the list.

Horrible, rude and unprofessional. Don't bother going here. Go to the one on Kendall drive they are great.
