This bank sucks. The staff seems to be absolutely clueless as to what's going on. No one is able to help you without having to get someone else on the phone because you're so lost and confused.

worse Citi bank I ever been too ! they skip you and they take hours to assist you . I came to this Citi bank to open a new account and literally was at this location for over 2 hours

This bank has the worst customer service I waited for 10 minutes and no one helped me everyone was in the back in the break room, someone else walked in after and she got helped first before me....

WORST bank- Issue with my funds and the bank manager could not even bother to sit with me when I asked to speak to her. Teller was the middleman delivering her message. I would not bother stepping...
