Really bad service all around. The branch manager seems very unhappy in their role. I arrived 4 minutes before closing and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and the branch manager...

I find that the most common answer to most requests is: Sorry we can't help you I have done business with them for years and have finally got to the point of no more accepting of poor service...

Terrible!! Unethical and Sneaky practice. 7 day grace period isn't 7 days only 5 count and then $1000 fee to get your $ back (even though in the 7 day grace period). Beware
