I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor that specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem, and relationship concernsMy approach can be described as validating, encouraging, warm, and supportive. As your therapist, my goal is to help you gain insight into your concerns, identify unhelpful themes and patterns, and work towards creating an individualized plan of action to create the changes you are wanting to make.My passion for working with clients stems from my innate belief that you are resilient and capable of overcoming the obstacles preventing you from living the life you want to lead.
