The ARNP Carolyn Stewart was very thorough and intelligent, and has put me on a path to recovery. There's a little dog in the office as well.

Bad. The social worker did not care. Saw me once a year for 6 years; billed my insurance for more than that. They ripped me and United Healthcare off from 2012 to 2018. Did not care about me at all.
