It was fine the first 2 years, got renewed with no problem. Then I went in for a renewal and without saying a thing to me about it, the old doc lowered my prescription to about 1/3 of what it was...

Do not go here if you wish to file any exceptions. They will not listen or even attempt to help. They do not care about their patients.
