Placed order through the app and it was prompt. However ingredients that were meant to be served hot were not, they were all cold. Steak portions were on the smaller side, could have used more....

Chef was acting like he didnt want to make honey chipotle chicken when the whole line wanted to wait for it which we shouldnt have to. Chipotle should properly teach their employees time...

The service here is horrible... I have a family of 3..... we always get 3 bowls of chicken, rice, etc... The portions are horrible... a pound of rice and beans..... a tree of lettuce, cheese......

Too cheap with steak $14 bowl and almost 5 pieces of cubed meat. Sad to see corporate companies stoop so low. Did not expect it such pettiness!
