Not fine dining. It's not the best CHINESE food experience. But 4 stars because of the value and quality per the cost. It is inexpensive, and it is good. The people behind the counter can be rude....

Uhm....So it's not good i thought the fried dumplings were gonna be actual dumplings there's too much dough in them and the fried rice has absolutely no flavor with bitter taste, don't take this...

The worst Chinese restaurant I have ever had. Food had no taste at all and food under cooked. I'm not very particular about my food, however, I have to say this is the worst.
