A friend and I stopped in there, and I guess we weren't dressed to their standards because the lady finished with the customer she was with, and then just stood off in the corner and glared at us....

This place is much friendlier than all others around - staff always welcomes you than leave you alone until they see you need help - other place always follow like puppy dog -

Love this store! Have been shopping at Chico's for years. Sales personnel are great and very helpful.

I am just looking at my last review - dated 8/2/2012 - and I am here NOW, TODAY - almost two years later - to say again that Ann Marie at the Chico's in the Promenade defines "customer service"....
