History

I have been in the Tampa Bay area since 1974 and ran a successful business since 1979. I have been part of the growth of City of Tampa and have seen the changes in the area first hand. I have been in Residential Real Estate since 2004, and soon after got into Property Management when there was a need and no one was looking out for the client. I have handled 100+ properties. I am a REALTOR, an officer in NARPM ( National Assoc. of Residential Property Management) , on the Board of Central City YMCA, and serve on Davis Island Yacht Club as well as several other residential boards. I strive to be the best Realtor /Property Manager I can be at all time, in all conditions.
