A small, hole-in-the-wall spot, but it offers amazing food with friendly and attentive service. The food is a fusion and perfectly executed in flavor--totally worth the visit. We all loved it.

As far as Thai food goes in Melbourne, there's not much competition against Chez Quan's. Their food has a unique blend of flavors and the ambiance is cool. I'd recommend the chef specials.

Authentic!!!! Amazing vibe and culture. Excellent food and and service. Everything we got was perfect. Spicy basil chicken, Dry Noodle, Egg Rolls, & Empanadas.
