Chef Elisa is the 2013 Delish Award winner for Fan Favorite dish for ARC Broward's Annual Delish Competition. She has been an annual Celebrity Chef donator for the Ann Stork Center at the Hard Rock for 12 years and has been a Donating Chef, Caterer for the Annual Miami Dade Women's Fund, Raise the Bar event in June for the past 5 years. Chef Elisa's Catering began as a Private Chef Service serving local Celebrities and Pro Athletes but we quickly grew into a full service catering operation now catering events as large as 500 guests. The awesome recipes we collected and developed for our celebs in the early years are the foundation for the our exceptional menus and personal service.
