Charles has been a fisherman since childhood. Raised in South Carolina, he perfected his fishing technique from his Uncles and grandmother. A Chef by trade, Chef Charles specializes in BBQ, Seafood, and Down-home Southern Style cuisine. His son and daughter, Jalen and Alexandria, are also in the fishing business as well.
