The pictures online are deceiving, the balcony is super small and your right above the pool which if busy I would definitely find annoying! The condo itself definitely needs work everywhere, doors...

Chateau by the Sea is the perfect place to get away and relax. Our building is right on the beach and is just south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

room was dirty covered in sand. Both beds had sand in them. room cleaners never came to restock soap, towels, or make beds with clean sheets. won't be staying there again

Our unit was well stocked with cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap, bathroom/shower supplies. It was very clean when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised.
