Worse customer experience ever in a bank. Needed to have an appointment to open an account and they don't take walk ins even tho the lobby seemed empty and employees were inside their rooms...

This branch opened about a year ago and replaces the one located at Vine St further west in Kissimmee. It is located at a busy intersection and like it previous location, has a small parking lot....
