Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center

The Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center is located on 46,000 acres of preserve land. The park has several points of interest including: -"Alligator" pond with wild alligators & free view finders -Bird blind observation building (relax and enjoy) -New butterfly enclosure/sanctuary (largest in the county) The preserve also boasts incredible activities. Programs Include: -Guided hikes -Animal encounters -Kayak tours -Wading trips -and miles of trails. We are also pet friendly! Just don't swim in the water...there's alligators.
