This place is great. Excellent cuts, friendly staff, and old school atmosphere. Only $12 for a cut. They only take cash. Overall, they're the best deal in town. Go!

Charlie is the best. An older barbershop in the strip shops next to Mariachi's Mexican. They still use the warm shaving cream and a straight edge razor. Haircuts are $12 so the price is...
