Awesome dentist ! I was so afraid before I'm at dr. Gupta. I can trust with him and he has done an amazing job with my mouth I would tell anyone to see this doctor

Maybe you should teach your staff to cover the phone so customers don't hear the negative response. I understand it was almost the end of the day, but really "tell her the doctor can't see her...
