History

At the beginning of 2010 we started with a venture, with no one to advise us on the issue of legal permits and administration details, we started selling glasses of only melon, in a flea market, as a tool we used a plastic table and some other plastic utensils, and over the months the same customers were asking us for more variety of fruits, and our market grew, to the point that the health department stopped our sales completely because we did not have an appropriate establishment. It took us a whole year to prepare with everything that the law requires, but we made it, and our first food trailer arrived, we opened a wider market, we built more food trailers, today we cover small and large festivals organized by the city or county of the state of Florida, we count with all liability permits and insurance, and our support staff takes a food handling course.
