Brenda's path to becoming a bookkeeper became clear in 1984 when a family member became terminally ill and she had to learn the accounting side of the family business. Brenda started taking accounting courses and became certified through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers, completed record keeping for small business training through The University of West Florida, has completed several years of TaxSlayer Financial Services compliance training, and proficient in QuickBooks.
