Overrated, you can live better elsewhere. This place needs a complete remodel but I'm sure the HOA doesn't want to do it because fees would need to go up and assessments would make it unaffordable.

The complex seems great and they have many activities and areas for you to hang out at. Center for retired and elderly people. Pretty much self sufficient/sustained
