Do not do business with this company at all. I rented a house from them for 3 years and never missed a payment and even had Closets by Design add a system to both master closets and they continued...

I had a really difficult time with this company. They are incredibly unprofessional. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from anything to do with this realtor.

Don't trust this business. They will keep part or all of your deposit based on ficticious repairs and then tell you that they usually have to keep some of every tenant's deposit. As if you should...
