Caywood Realty opened in July 2011, after much consideration by the co-owners, Tracy and Dan Caywood. As a married couple and business partners alike, they have been involved in the real estate business since 1998 when they began buying and selling houses in Jacksonville FL. Tracy Caywood, the managing Broker, has been a licensed Realtor since 1999, and a Broker since 2000, and has always had a drive for creativity and finding alternative ways of helping buyers and sellers get what they're looking for in the real estate business with much success. Caywood Realty has a different vibe than most real estate offices, bringing the latest technology, creative solutions, and relaxed office environment. They're relevant to today's community, and are ready to help with all of your real estate needs.
