After practicing yoga for nearly 12 years I became certified to share yoga with others. Come As You Are Yoga was started as a continuation of my life's purpose to share the powerful tools that helped me to discover and commit to my life's purpose. From being physically fit and comfortable enough to enjoy life to expanding the understanding of how to attain sustainable joy.
