Our firm exclusively practices Florida family law. This includes divorces, modifications of divorce decrees, paternity actions, domestic violence actions and defenses, and other family law matters. Our firm is located in Tampa, Florida but we practice statewide. Our cases tend to involve high income and high asset situations. But we also handle contested, so called, custody cases. We also provide second opinions to clients who are concerned about the direction their existing cases are taking. Our managing shareholder, Catherine W. Real, is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified mediator. The firm always explores the possibility of settlement. The firm has also embraced an "holistic" approach to the practice of family law. Our focus is both upon the application of Florida law to the client's unique family situation and also upon the supportive needs of our clients. After all, family law disputes can be very stressful.
