Established in 1974 by a group of concerned parents and friends, CARC offers training, employment, residential, and other support services that empower citizens with disabilities to lead more independent lives within their communities. With a workforce of approximately 120 employees and a commitment to recognizing the dignity and worth of persons with disabilities, CARC focuses on providing choices, opportunities, and necessary support services.
