CasaLuxora professionally and locally manages Little Conch Island, a beautiful small private island with an amazing open Atlantic Ocean water view and a sandy beach. We offer three free standing cottages with 2 bedrooms (King size bed, Queen size bed, and sofa bed), 2 bath, and an outdoor shower, with a spacious living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Recreational equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards are at your beck and call so that you can explore the beautiful blue waters surrounding Little Conch Island. A freshwater swimming pool where you can soak in the sun while lounging in comfort. A boat basin and boat launch on the island for smaller boats and/or jets skis. The island is a short distance from the Dolphin Research Center, the Island Fish Company, and just 12 miles from Marathon International Airport. Marathon offers great Restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and great attractions like The Turtle Hospital, the Interactive Aquarium, and the Famous Sombrero Beach.
