Carter's Motel and Mobile Village

Carter's is an American owned establishment located on US 1, which will make taking trips to popular attractions convenient. We are 6 miles away from beautiful New Smyrna Beach and 60 miles from Orlando. Mosquito Lagoon is just a few miles south where you can fish on the Indian River. Whether you choose a Motel Room, an Individual Free Standing Cottage, or one of our long term stay Bungalows, we will do all we can to meet your needs. We offer a friendly, clean and relaxing environment. Our goal is to keep you happy so you can relax whether you are away on business or on a much needed vacation. Cottages and Motels are air conditioned and furnished with Queen beds, microwave, refrigerator, flat screen TVs, and air conditioned rooms. We also have a laundromat and swimming pool. You are welcome to use our washing station for your boat when you come back from a long day of fishing. We have Bungalows ( rented by the month) that are fully furnished with a bedroom, full kitchen and living room.
