Trying to get confirmed for rides to doctor appointments sucks. Want 72 hour confirmation. Couldn't even get the time from a eye surgeon until a Tuesday about 4 o'clock for a procedure on Friday....

Provider couldn't get an address change for over 6 months. Was hung up on. Changed primary care without saying anything. Having an infection for 3 months.
