Canine Assisted Therapy (C.A.T.) is a nonprofit organization based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals through animal-assisted therapy. Since 2009, C.A.T. has provided comfort and companionship to hundreds of thousands of people by working with volunteers and their dogs to offer therapy services in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and more.
From children's reading programs to assisting veterans and seniors, C.A.T. strives to challenge the status quo and set new standards in the field of animal-assisted therapy.
