This place is a gem! View of the water, friendly service and the coffee is amazing! Locally sourced and the latte is so smooth I didn't need any sweetener.

Good espresso and chill music. The barista was friendly and didn't rush me even though it was busy. Found a window seat and got some work done will definitely stop by again.
