This dining experience was fantastic! Visited Tallahassee with a friend for her graduation, and nobody in the party had ever had Peruvian food, but this is the place she chose for her graduation...

Café de Martín (Mar-teen) brings the flavors of Peru to Tallahassee! The man behind the restaurant is Chef Martín, originally from Lima, Peru. He has marked his influence in Leon County's Hispanic community for his outstanding Peruvian cuisine. With Peru always in his heart, Chef Martín continues to lead Tallahassee's gastronomic revolution with new culinary additions serving Peruvian classics such as Papas en salsa Huancaina, Pastel de Choclo, and Aji de Gallina to name a few. In addition, to the classics, the Café highlights many coffee drinks. Peru: a country of great culture, beautiful climate, tasty food, and delicious coffee right here in our Capitol City. Sabe a Peru!

Loved the cocktails. And the food was even better. A live mariachi band came out to the patio area which was beautifully decorated!

The Lomo Saltado Mar y Tierra is absolutely the best! Great family place with authentic Peruvian cuisine. Make sure to add the dessert.

We both had quinoa salads. Quinoa was mixed with pesto which gave it a wonderful flavor. Also had greens, tomatoes, etc. Ate outside in a beautiful garden full of flowers and metal sculptures.
